Terms Of Service

1. SERVICES

Kinetic Automation provides AI Voice Agents for construction administrative support, including but not limited to scheduling, reporting, and sub-contractor coordination.

2. SERVICE FEES

The Customer agrees to pay a one-time Setup & Integration Fee of £200.00. Following the setup, a recurring Monthly Management Fee of £847.00 will be charged. All fees are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.

3. AI PERFORMANCE & LIABILITY

While Kinetic Automation strives for high accuracy, the AI Agent is a tool for administrative support. Kinetic Automation is not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses, project delays, or physical damages resulting from the use or outputs of the AI Agent. The Customer is responsible for final oversight of all AI-generated schedules and communications.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Kinetic Automation retains all rights to the software, code, and AI models used. The Customer retains ownership of all data provided to the system.

5. TERM & TERMINATION

This is a monthly rolling agreement. Either party may cancel the service by providing 30 days' written notice.

6. ACCEPTANCE

By paying the initial invoice or signing an Order Form, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service
